After completing his degree in Sports Science at Liverpool John Moore's University, Thomas joined the Balance team as a fitness instructor in January 2006. After working in the gym environment and becoming fluent at interacting with the customers Thomas felt the next step was to become a studio instructor. Thomas completed his Body Pump training course in April 2006 and enjoyed it so much that later that year he completed his Keiser Studio Cycling Course. The following year when Tom had further developed his skill set he decided to undertake the Body Combat qualification and since then has been a hugely popular teacher at this discipline.
Outside of work Thomas has a keen interest in Sports, especially Football. He was Assistant Manager of Corby Hellenic Youth Football club for 4 years and enjoyed every minute of it.
Thomas has always been driven to increase his knowledge of the health and fitness industry and having now completed his level 3 advanced fitness instructor award has been promoted to the role of Fitness Manager and Studio Coordinator here at Balance Health Clubs.
Thomas teaches Body Pump, Body Combat and Advanced Spin regularly at Balance Health Clubs, so if you want to challenge yourself then he's the right man for the job. |
