Jennie's Intermediate – hi level Aerobics is a motivating aerobic workout, delivering simple and exciting choreography. A variety of exercise in a powerful and original style; 20 minutes – Aerobics dance- cardio exercise/20 minutes– Toning with hand weights/20 minute- Core Conditioning


Jennie Keech

After being a regular participant at aerobics classes, and working hard at her own Personal training as a client - Jennie qualified in exercise to music with YMCA fit in August 2010, and has gone on to qualify in Spin, Circuit training and various body-conditioning based classes, as well as attending workshops to aid teaching skills.

Even though Jennie is recently qualified she teaches many weekly classes including Over 50's aerobics, Legs, bums and Tums, Spin, Multi-mix aerobics and Circuits. Jennie is a very energetic person who enjoys delivering exciting classes, giving that 'bit of fun' and personality into classes. Jennie loves that she is now in a position where she can help others with their fitness goals and aspirations.
