Aqua natal is a fun, safe exercise session for all pregnant women at any stage of their pregnancy. It incorporates gentle exercise, relaxation and the chance to meet new friends. The sessions are extremely popular as the pool is very warm and welcoming and the staff are great. It is run by qualified midwifery staff, who are always available for any health and pregnancy advice.
