If your dream is to be full of energy, feeling vibrant and healthy, your weight is comfortable, your muscles are firm and toned and you can wear any clothes you want and feel happy and confident wearing them. Everywhere you go people compliment you on how fantastic you look but more importantly how fantastic you feel, then its time to make that dream a reality.

Through good nutrition, excellent fitness knowledge, motivation and an individual and unique exercise plan then you will be able to say all of the above for yourself, which is where I will be able to give you that head start of achieving anything that you desire.

The main component of personal training is you! So the sessions you and I will have will be focused on your individual wants and needs, from here we will set about delivering those results by focusing on specifically what you need to attain them. This is why every work out you have will be different to another person's as no two people are the same, that is why I work out the best methods of achieving your goals, maintaining them and even setting new ones once you have achieved your current goals and this is why I will not be able to tell you what a training session will consist of until I know what goal you aim to reach, but one thing that you can be sure of is that whatever sessions I will put together for you will be based upon the very best and most results-producing system that my extensive knowledge will allow me to offer for your individual goals.

My aim is to help you make positive and permanent lifestyle changes, encouraging fitness, health, good nutrition and positive thinking to become part of your life. This belief goes with the programs I will design for you as I will only use the exercises and equipment that you are comfortable with and you are willing to try but also challenge you but with realistic amounts of time for your training, because with my experience I have found that this is the only way you will keep up the motivation with your exercise plan and get to your goals as it will challenge you but will not be unrealistic which will help you with your motivation and determination to succeed and reach what you have been aiming to reach for so long. If you require help with your nutrition I believe in this way of challenging yourself as once again through making lifestyle changes, making the right choices and finding alternatives for your favourite foods will be much better for you, easier and guaranteed to get you better results and keep the results compared to a 3 day crash diet that will leave you feeling unwell, tired, board, malnutrition and unable to maintain the results.

There are so many myths and conflicting information regarding exercise and nutrition out there, no wonder people are so confused about who they should listen to and what they should believe. However with my knowledge and with the research I have completed I will be able to use my up-to-date knowledge and I will be able to simplify the process and guide you in the right direction to your goals.

Each training session is unique and you will receive an exercise program to follow by yourself until you see me the following training session so you will have my knowledge and guidance to follow even when you are not with me, so you are always aiming to reach your goals and always have a guide on what you need to do to reach your full potential, so you know what you need to do every step of the way.
