Tom Jones
Since completing his Sport Science degree at Liverpool's John Moore's University in 2005, Tom has progressed from being a gym instructor to fitness manager and studio coordinator at Balance health clubs. Many of you will recognise him from his very successful Body Pump, Body Combat and Advanced Spin sessions. Tom is passionate, enthusiastic and feels that his combination of motivation and new innovative training styles used in both a studio and gym environment will help you achieve your goals.
