Over the past few days we have received the flyers and entry forms for the Cransley Hospice Road Races – Sunday 19th September 2010 – go for the 10k or if you are feeling brave the half marathon!  There is also a fun run for the children.  For an entry form click and here:

It would be great to see lots of Balance members there on the day for a worthwhile local charity
