Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYPUMP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

BODYPUMP™ is designed to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories. We use carefully chosen music tracks to guide you through the class with maximum effect. The usual length of each class is 60 minutes.


Suneil Khakhar

Suneil is a Level 3 YMCA qualified instructor, with a Personal Training Diploma.

His passion for fitness began whilst at university studying for his degree in Computer Science.

Over the years Suneil has developed his fitness career alongside his main profession and has worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years.

Initially starting out as a gym instructor Suneil is now qualified to teach Body Pump and Studio Cycling.

Having lost 4.5 stone himself over the years, Suneil has developed personal skills in weight management, keeping fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Suneil thrives on class participants enjoying fitness, and seeing marked improvements in their abilities, technique and fitness levels.
