Kettering Conference Centre

Congratulations on choosing the regions best conference centre.  Along with the great facilities they offer you can also benefit from use of Balance Health Club during your stay.  We are open from 6am Monday to Friday for the early risers, and don't close until 10pm Monday to Thursday and Friday at 9pm.

Our main facilities are a cardio, resistance and weights gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a fitness studio.  You will need to bring trainers, tracksuit bottoms or shorts, t shirt or sports top and swimming kit.  You will also need a towel, if you arrive without any of the above we can supply a brand new towel for £2 and we also hold a limited amount of sports/swimwear for sale.

If you come to swim please be aware that there will be children in the pool from 3pm until 6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 7pm on Fridays. You are also welcome to participate in any fitness class if spaces are available.

As an exclusive offer to Conference users the cost is £8 for one day or only £10 for two days.  Upon arrival at the conference centre you will be given a voucher, if you wish to use the Health Club facilities you will bring the voucher to reception where you will indicate whether you wish to purchase one or two days, and then you will complete a guest registration card with a health questionnaire on the back, and make the necessary payment by cash or credit card.  If you choose two days then you will retain your voucher and questionnaire until the second day.
