This highly energetic, aerobic and musically motivated cycling based workout uses music as its backbone. Utilising dynamic ride positions based around road cycling to help improve core stability and riding technique and helping to tone and strengthen the thighs, butt, abs and lower back. Spin will leave you panting for more.


Lisa Mitchell

After being a regular class participant at her local gym, Lisa decided that a second career in the fitness industry was the direction that she wanted to explore further. After passing her Aerobics exams in 2007 Lisa has led a variety of different classes including aerobics, body conditioning, step, spin, Pump, circuits and Fitness Pilates. She has recently undertaken a Nutrition and Weight Management to add further to her skill set and hopes to have this completed before the year end. Lisa really loves her job and it gives here great satisfaction to help improve other people’s fitness and lifestyle.

Lisa uses Balance as her training venue because the friendliness of both the staff and the members have helped her fit in to a Town she has only recently moved to. Lisa thinks that the energy and professionalism the instructors at Balance display is second to none and she is proud to be joining the Balance team. You will often see her in other classes improving her own fitness levels and working up a sweat just because (in her own words) “I love it”!
