A focused class targeting the abdominals and back muscles. Using a wide variety of exercises in both standing and lying positions, some using equipment, some just body weight. Express Abs challenges the muscles central to the body in order to develop strength, firmness and flexibility. Each exercise is offered with degrees of difficulty so it suits every level of ability. Class content changes each session, so no two weeks are the same and you feel that you are constantly challenged.
