Functional training is suitable for all levels and comprises of a mixture of kettlebell, Body weight, TRX and/or ViPR exercises. All of which are great for working your body in a range of movements that will strengthen you for everyday tasks as well as giving you an amazing workout in just 30 minutes. Ideal for weight loss, conditioning, fitness and strength this class does it all.

Dave Allen
David has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years now and has used his time at Balance to develop into both studio instruction and Personal training. To continue his education David has recently started a degree course in Sports Performance and Coaching as he is committed to constant education in order to give you the best results possible.
David enjoys teaching Body Pump and is extremely enthusiastic about delivering great studio cycling sessions but his true love lies in Personal training. David works closely with his clients to set achievable, realistic goals and then delivers a cycle of programmes to systematically achieve them using a variety of fun exercise techniques taking each client above and beyond their expectations of what they can achieve.
