Group Exercise Studio
Our air conditioned studio with a sprung floor makes it the ideal place for the motivating class programme. Our massive number of weekly fitness classes cater for the total beginner to the more experienced in a varied programme ranging from relaxing yoga through to Body Combat. We are proud to be a BTS platinum club offering a wide range of BTS classes for you to enjoy. Outside the Studio we offer Aqua Aerobics in our Swimming Pool and Spinning within the Gym.
The Express Range
Pushed for time? Our Express Range of classes will provide all that you need to reach your fitness goals in only 30 minutes. Improve your cardio, legs, butt, and core with Express Spin, flatten your abs, build your 6-Pack with Express Body Attack, relax and stretch with Express Body Balance or work the whole body as all systems are go with Express Body Pump. Whatever you need to get done, get it done quickly with our Express Range of 30 minute classes.

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando and a national gymnast Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire!
To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with high intensity intervals and get quick results.
Your Instructor is Amy Marshall who is a very experienced instructor with over 7 years’ experience in the industry. She is a fully qualified in Bokwa, Just Jahoom, exercise to music, Zumba and now the new Metafit.
