Cancellation Policy

All treatments are subject to availability and all prices are subject to revision, but are normally held at the price current on the day the request is received. Please note 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all booking and services, to avoid being charged 50% of the cost of the selected treatment. All treatments are covered by this notice. All treatments over £20.00 or 1 hour require a £10.00 deposit.

Treatment Time

All treatment times are approximate and include a
consultation if necessary. The timings also include
changing times. If you are more than 15 minutes late for
an appointment you may have to forfeit your treatment.
