The Running Club is your chance to enjoy an energetic workout in the great outdoors. From beginners to experienced runners, the cardio based sessions are a great way to train as part of a group and use techniques such as interval training, speed sessions & hill reps, to improve your stamina and achieve your goals


Keith Molloy

Keith's love of running started in his school days, when he competed in various Championships and represented England Schools. Keith's passion for running continued into adulthood and keen to pass on his knowledge and experience to others, he qualified as a UK Athletics Coach in 2006, specialising in Endurance, Speedwork and Conditioning involving running and athletics equipment.

Keith began using his coaching skills at his local running club, where he continues to enjoy helping runners of all levels to fulfill their potential. In 2009 Keith started his own Running Club at Balance Health Club, offering participants the opportunity to enjoy running as part of a group and develop their own running skills. Keith is also proud to be working on a 'one to one basis' with a Team GB Triathlete, Melanie Ryding who was keen to improve her running discipline and is now seeing excellent results.

Keith firmly believes that exercise not only helps with weight control and general welbeing, but also offers relief from the day to day stresses that life brings. Exercise should be fun, sociable and enjoyed by all age groups and abilities. Keith has also recently qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
