This highly energetic, aerobic and musically motivated cycling based workout uses music as its backbone. Utilising dynamic ride positions based around road cycling to help improve core stability and riding technique and helping to tone and strengthen the thighs, butt, abs and lower back. Spin will leave you panting for more.
Andrew Gardiner
Andrew has over 5 years experience of working in health and fitness and has taken away as much as he can along the way from different instructors, personal trainers, studio instructors and managers he has worked with to make him a superbly well-rounded instructor with a wealth of knowledge from a choice of facilities. This experience has made him an extremely adaptable instructor who has ideas for every situation and every new challenge with each customer. Andrew loves improving his professional skill set and has recently attended further Studio Cycling courses through I.C.E. to qualify him to Stage 2, a level not often achieved by Studio cycling instructors.
Andrew's expertise in core stability and weight loss as well as body conditioning also makes him the perfect exercise leader for our Core Abs session.
Andrew works closely with customers outside of the gym and studio environment as well and helps with weight loss, nutrition, running technique and cardiovascular progression programmes.
Andy's physical size is something you shouldn't underestimate. The knowledge of technique and training progression mean that he can give even the biggest, strongest, fastest and fittest a real run through their paces. His continuing commitment to education means that Andrew stays entirely current with training methods helping him to continue to help you.
Andrew’s keen eye for detailed technique, wide knowledge base and above all his friendly and approachable personality make him the perfect person to take you through your paces whatever your level.
