David has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years now and has used his time at Balance to develop into both studio instruction and Personal training.
To further his professional development David has recently undertaken a degree in Sports Performance and Coaching at Northampton University. David is committed to constantly updating his education in order to give you the best results possible.
David enjoys teaching Body Pump and is extremely enthusiastic about delivering great studio cycling sessions but his true love lies in Personal training.
David works closely with his clients to set achievable, realistic goals and then delivers a cycle of programmes to systematically achieve them using a variety of fun exercise techniques taking each client above and beyond their expectations of what they can achieve.
