Yoga rhythm

Our air conditioned studio with a sprung floor makes it the ideal place for the motivating class programme.  Our massive number of weekly fitness classes cater for the total beginner to the more experienced in a varied programme ranging from relaxing yoga through to Body Combat.  We are proud to be a BTS platinum club offering a wide range of BTS classes for you to enjoy.  Outside the Studio we offer Aqua Aerobics in our Swimming Pool and Spinning within the Gym
